On September 11, 2025, the ICSO team collaborated with the local authorities of Lbang 2 commune, organized a meeting to determine the reforestation activities in the community forest of Katieng Village, Lbang 2 Commune, Lumphat District, Ratanakiri Province.
ICSO presented the objectives, and expected outcomes of the project. It was observed that the committee leaders and members showed the strong interest and support this project. In addition to the communal land registration, they were especially interested in the three new main activities:
1. Patrolling the protected forest and replanting trees
2. Installing additional household water supply systems.
3. Implementing climate-based chicken farming
These activities contribute to improving well-being, livelihoods, natural resource conservation, and community development.
